Traffic jams, distracted driving, the cost of fuel – it’s enough to drive anyone to drink. And because of that, we have rounded up six great auto-themed cocktails.


**Just remember:** before you even think of reaching for the cocktail shaker, appoint a designated driver.

**BENTLEY COCKTAIL**
**Ingredients / Quantity**
• Cointreau 45ml
• Vodka 45ml
• Simple syrup 15ml
• Orange juice 45ml
• Soda 45ml

**Method:**
• Mix all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with soda and lemon slice garnish.

**MOTOR OIL COCKTAIL**
**Ingredients:**
• Bourbon
• Sugar cube
• Black walnut bitters
• Sesame oil
• Beaker
• Ice
• Stirrer

**Method:**
• Place sugar cube in beaker
• Add 3 dashes of bitters
• Dilute sugar with bitters
• Add 60ml bourbon
• Fill beaker 3/4th with ice
• And stir constantly to dilute
Serve chilled in a coupe glass, garnish with a few drops of sesame oil.

**PINEAPPLE JALAPENO MARGARITA**
**Ingredients:**
• Tequila 30 ml
• Triple Sec 30 ml
• Pineapple Juice 15 ml
• Lime Juice 15 ml
• Few Chunks of fresh cut Pineapples
• Few Jalapeno chunks
• Jalapeno Brine as a taste enhancer
• Black Pepper salt for the rim

**Method:**
Take a boston shaker. Pour all the liquid ingredients in one jar. Place fresh Pineapple & Jalapeno in another jar and muddle them. Top up with ice & hard shake it. Pour into the black pepper & salt-rimmed glass.
**Note:** Suitable glass for this recipe would be Old-fashioned glass.

**KNIGHT RIDER**
**Ingredients:**
• Martini rosso: 10 ml
• Black label: 45 ml
• Spice syrup: 5 ml
• Plum reduction: 30 ml
• Plum bitter: 4 drops

**Method:**
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker in the directed proportions and serve chilled. The drink gives the feeling of driving in the Italian country side, because of it’s passion and power. This drink enhances the spices, yet keeps the eliteness of the alcohol in its taste.
